二、舊物拆除

三、開槽鉆孔

依據(jù)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際的放線位置進(jìn)行開槽，開槽時(shí)必須注意開槽深度。過墻和過梁的地方需要鉆孔，鉆孔時(shí)的孔徑、孔距一般為100mm；電線和水管不能走一個(gè)孔。

四、布管

根據(jù)在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)開設(shè)的溝槽進(jìn)行布排管，在有水房間進(jìn)行布排管時(shí)電管應(yīng)布設(shè)在墻上、頂上。強(qiáng)弱電線不允許走廚房、衛(wèi)生間陽臺(tái)的地面。

在穿線時(shí)，一根電線管內(nèi)所穿電線的截面積之和必須小于該管道內(nèi)截面的40%。一般情況下16mm的電線不宜超過3根，20mm的電線不宜超過4根。

運(yùn)用萬用表、歐姆表檢查線路暢通無阻，不出現(xiàn)短路以及斷路的現(xiàn)象，導(dǎo)線間絕緣電阻大于等于0.5mΩ，為安裝開關(guān)插座作準(zhǔn)備。

Use multimeter and ohmmeter to check that the line is unobstructed, there is no short circuit and open circuit, and the insulation resistance between conductors is greater than or equal to 0.5m Ω, so as to prepare for the installation of switch socket.

在安裝之前不允許應(yīng)用房屋內(nèi)各插座，只能應(yīng)用公司指定拖線盒。注意開關(guān)插座面板應(yīng)平整、緊貼建筑物表面。同一場(chǎng)所的開關(guān)切斷位置一致，且操作靈活，接點(diǎn)接觸可靠。
